Puck Racer
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of Puck Racer, puckracer.com, and our related online game services (collectively, the “Services”).
Effective date: August 2, 2026
1. Accepting these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Puck Racer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are not old enough to agree under the law where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.
2. The service and licence
Puck Racer is a competitive puck-racing game with online features, including multiplayer matches, leaderboards, game progression, optional in-app purchases, and, when enabled, advertising. Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
We may update, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, integrity, legal compliance, or the operation of the Services.
3. Your account and access
- You may play as a guest or use an optional third-party sign-in or account-connection method where available.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and connected accounts secure. Do not share authentication codes, session credentials, wallet recovery phrases, or private keys.
- You must provide accurate information when you contact support and must not impersonate another person or access another player’s account.
- We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect players, investigate abuse, prevent fraud or cheating, or enforce these Terms.
4. Fair play and acceptable use
You must not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, manipulate matchmaking or rankings, interfere with servers or other players, reverse engineer except where law permits, bypass security, submit fraudulent purchase claims, or use the service unlawfully. Do not choose a display name or submit material that is illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may investigate violations, remove or restrict player-created names/content, reset affected game state where appropriate, and suspend or terminate accounts. We will provide information about material restrictions or moderation decisions when required by applicable law.
5. Player-created names and content notices
Puck Racer may display player-selected names and profile or game information to other players in competition features. If you believe player-created material available through the Services is unlawful or violates these Terms, contact support@puckracer.com with the subject “Puck Racer content report,” the player name or relevant identifier, the location or feature where it appeared, and a clear explanation. We will review notices and take action consistent with applicable law. This contact route is also the point of contact for complaints about content-restriction decisions.
6. Purchases and virtual items
Purchases are offered through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, subject to the terms, billing rules, and refund processes of the applicable store. Prices, availability, and eligibility may change. We do not receive your payment-card details.
Virtual currency, cosmetics, passes, and other in-game items are limited, revocable licenses for use within Puck Racer; they have no cash value, are not property, may not be sold or transferred outside the service, and are not redeemable for money. Any in-game virtual-currency match stake is gameplay only: it is not a cash wager, prize, betting product, or gambling service.
7. Optional account connections
Where available, a supported third-party account or wallet can be used only as an optional account-authentication method. Puck Racer does not ask for private keys or recovery phrases, initiate transfers, or give gameplay advantages for wallet ownership. Linking a public address or third-party account to a game account may involve personal data; see our Privacy Policy.
8. Advertising
When ads are enabled, the game may show advertising, including optional rewarded ads. Advertising availability and targeting may depend on your region, age, device settings, and privacy choices. A “no ads” entitlement, if offered, applies only as described in the relevant offer and does not remove any non-ad service functionality or legally required notices.
9. Intellectual property
Puck Racer and its game software, art, audio, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Services or their content.
10. Third-party services
The Services may rely on third-party platforms and providers for functions such as app distribution, payments, account connection, online gameplay, advertising, and website delivery. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Where they process personal data for us, we use them to support the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and liability
We work to provide a stable and fair service, but it is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every item or result will always be available. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer guarantees, refund rights, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your country of residence.
12. Ending use and account deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data through our account-deletion page. We may retain limited information where needed for a legal obligation, transaction record, fraud prevention, security, or dispute. We may end or restrict your access for a material breach of these Terms or where otherwise permitted by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes or when law requires it. We will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and give additional notice where required. To the extent permitted by law, your continued use of the Services after the effective date means that you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services. If a change materially affects you and applicable law requires consent, we will seek it before the change takes effect.
14. Contact and consumer rights
Questions, complaints, and notices can be sent to support@puckracer.com; see our Contact page. If you are a consumer, you retain all mandatory rights under the laws that apply where you live. These Terms do not remove protections that cannot legally be waived.
