Delete your account
You can delete your Puck Racer account and the personal data associated with it.
Delete in the game
Open Settings, select Delete Account, and confirm the request. Your account is locked immediately and is permanently deleted seven days later. Sign in with the same linked method before the date shown in the game if you want to cancel. For an unlinked guest account, keep Puck Racer installed on the same device so you can reach the cancellation screen.
Can't access the game?
Contact us from an email address that can receive our reply. Include your Puck Racer display name, player ID if available, and sign-in method. Do not send passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, full payment-card numbers, or purchase receipts unless we specifically request limited information to verify a transaction.
Contact support about deletionWhat happens next
- A scheduled account cannot play, make purchases, or change its profile. You can cancel before the seven-day deadline shown in the game.
- When deletion completes, it removes access to game progress, virtual items, purchases/entitlements, leaderboard identity, and linked sign-in records where they are under our control.
- We may retain the minimum data needed for legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, security, and dispute resolution. Purchase and refund records may be retained for the applicable statutory period.
- Apple, Google, wallet providers, and other independent services manage their own accounts and records under their own policies; deleting a Puck Racer account does not delete an Apple, Google, or wallet-provider account.
